Hello from Pennsylvania

Hey folks, Doug here from Paoli, Pa. I thought i would introduce myself because i may be moving up to your neck of the woods in the next few months and thought to get a head start on things. I currently have a 8' x 2' x 17" tall mixed reef, but am not sure if i will be doing something different in the new house. I was thinking a lagoon style display for top down viewing. Perhaps something like this-

my goal is to never run out of space (i know, an impossibility), and be able to keep tangs, and not have to remove them when they get to a certain size.
they even have a special order 9' round tank that holds 1000 gallons!

ok, i have some questions.
first, we are going to need to live somewhere near lexington. we were thinking of also looking into bedford, lincoln, and surrounding areas. can anyone give me some insight on the nicer areas to live?
we want to stay in in the neighborhood of 400k is possible. lower than that without compromising quality would be awesome.
