Penn-Plax Cascade

I picke up a Cascade 1500 off ebay new that i was going to use for a fish only. I have since change my mind on the use, it will be used for carbon and to move water for a frag tank. Anyway when it showed up i just looked in the box and didnt take it out. After a month i just opned the box and noticed the bottom of the filter is cracked. The guy on ebay told me to call Penn-Plax, i did, left a message. They just called asked me for the part number & my address and said they would be sending it right out today(free of charge)! No questions asked! I have no idea how this item will work but they get a A+ for the Service Dept!

agreed - I bought a used Cascade 1000 that was missing a few parts, I emailed them asking where I could buy the parts in question.
They shipped them out to me free of charge

I have a 1200. The main O-Ring where the top and bottom meet was leaking air. The woman I e-mailed sent me a new one that arrived today(less than a week!). Penn Plax has always been about service.
