Playing Dr.

Unfortunately not with my wife, but none the less I am still playing doctor. I was at my lfs today just talking tank and looking at what they had in stock.

I ended up grabbing two ruby red dragonets a male and a female. (Unfortunately I didn't get a picture before I released them.). Will add picture later once they are adjusted.

Any ways back to the reason for the post. While at the store the were cleaning out their coral tanks of excess algae. I was offered a very faded Australian rainbow favia for an extreme discount to the point that I had to bring the coral home.

I am excited to see what happens with the coral I have it about mid level in my tank with good flow. Here are some pictures let me know if you know what type of favia it is.

Got pictures of the ruby reds. They are both a little thin but they will fatten up in no time. I have plenty of pods.

Here is the female.

You were correct. Small hood is female, larger hood is male. (hood = large sail like fin on their back they put up occasionally)
