Zoa Issue

One colony of zoanthids I have with about 15 polyps; one polyp is always closed just one. All my other colonies of zoas are fine. I can not see any pests on the colony and every other polyp looks great, any ideas, will this end up killing whole colony?

When in doubt, dip. I had nudi on my zoa before and I couldn't see them until I kill them from dipping.

They could also be too close to the light.

I dipped last night with some corals I got from dong. and it may be too close too light, the polyp still hasn't opened today

Relax. I thought I killed a bunch of zoas with an Alk spike almost 1 year ago. They all closed and most died, but around 10% remained closed for over 6 months. Now they are all growing back, and I'm cutting them.

If it is just one polyp out of all of them I wouldn't worry about it.
