160 gallon bull nose tank build!

Its been a rough couple of months between working out the angles on this stand to making a door. But its time, the tank is on the stand!!!!!! Still needs the trim but i will do while its on the stand. Leak test tomorrow -_- fingers crossed! Plus i will get to find out how many gallons it actually is. Sorry but this build thread will be going backward from the stand but from the water in it on will be correct. Wish me luck!

Yeah, it is tough building something with your father. Trust me, I know. Built a family retreat with mine and we fought like cats and dogs at times. Needless to say I was right and he was wrong, but he won. Regardless, when all is said and done. You will appreciate the time together.

lol divide the tank into two parts a rectangle and a trapazoid, take the dimensions and figure out the volume then just solve for the gallons instead of filling it with hundreds of buckets of water

alright so after about a week of making water and plumbing how i felt i am prepared to add anything i need, a phosband reactor or a calcium reactor etc. well so the return i built a manifold with four outputs so i can add anything. the water is in the tank and running good i built a durso pipe which is still gurgling so any tips on how to quiet it down just let me know. so i have 2 clowns in the sump right now because my dad wants some black ice clowns. and since the tank is 5 ft long i dont know where to buy a 5ft light. but it is lit with a 36in t5 fixture right now. well i will put pictures up in a few minutes and i hope you like them.
