I'm in the process of setting up a 75 Gal (finally got the "go ahead" from the BOSS) that will replace my current 40gal breeder.

Setup:

Hardware:
75 Gal bottom drilled tank with basic overflow
25 Gal sump (30x12x16), 2 compartments only, one will house the skimmer and chatoe and the other the return pump, bubble trap in between them
EV-120 skimmer
DC12000 Jebao pump that will drive both the return and the skimmer (gate valves to regulate flow)
wp40 Jebao wavemaker (have a wp25 in the 40 gal that can be used for extra flow when the tank will be broken down)
DIY 2x100W LED lights (hybrid chips 40w 15000K and 60W 445nm Royal Blue, 90 degree lenses, dim-able drivers),
2 x 300W heater, one in tank set for 2 degrees under the one in sump just in case something goes wrong with the sump flow

Rockwork:
55p of dry rock
80p of sand
~50p of live rock currently in the 40 breeder, most of it with some coral on it and covered with coralline

This is still in the beginning stages of execution so ANY suggestions in regards to the setup will be appreciated, especially in regards to lights, amount of sand and rock, sump setup.
