Adding Live Rock

Hello.,
I've had my tank up and running for about 6 months now.. I bought it off a guy who had it set up and established before me.. I would like to add some more LR but I'm wondering if its too late or if it could hurt anything.
I have a 24g Nano with 2 clowns, a six line, a few softies and a CUC

If the rock is already cycled and live then just add it.

And if it's not fully cycled, or you're not sure, put the new rock in a spare tank or clean rubbermaid container full of saltwater with a heater and powerhead(s) and let it cure in there for a while. When it doesn't stink, test for ammonia and nitrite, and if both are at 0 the rock should be fine to put into your tank.
