Anthias with pop eye

I noticed last night that my anthias has a pop eye. I did some research and found that people use epsom salt to cure this. My concern with adding the epsom salt to my tank is that I am leaving on vacation tomorrow for 2 weeks, so I won't be able to watch my tank if any issues arise. Will it be ok if I just leave it alone? Will it heal or should I be concerned about it? She looks fine other than the eye. She was swimming normal and eating well. Any suggestions?

That might be the case for freshwater species,. Not marine

Epsom salt is magnesium sulfate. You should already have about 1.4 ppt of mg in your system.

Popeye most often cures itself. It usually comes from injuries sustained from fish battles.
I'd leave it alone and let nature take it's course.
