Can you set a light to go on and off 2times a day?

I want to set my Blue leds to come on in the am for a couple hrs. and then back on in the pm for a couple hrs.

Yes. Switch the control to Advanced. The Apex will fill in the current Light schedule to code.

This is for one of my T5 retro fixtures:
Fallback OFF
Set OFF
If Time 11:00 to 20:00 Then ON
If Tmp > 81.0 Then OFF
Min Time 030:00 Then OFF

Could add an extra line like this:
Fallback OFF
Set OFF
If Time 09:00 to 11:00 Then ON
If Time 15:00 to 17:00 Then ON
If Tmp > 81.0 Then OFF
Min Time 030:00 Then OFF

Does your lighting have the ability to control the colors independently? I have my light set to be way more blue in the morning and at night when chances are I'll be home and then have them more white in color during the middle of the day when I'm at work...

lighting is 2-250watt MHs and 2 blue led bars. My blues currently run 12 hrs. I want to have them run for 3 hrs at the beginning and 3 hrs at the end of the lignting cycle.

I can't see it causing an issue other than your tank might suck up more alkalinity and calcium as the corals would probably photosynthesize more with the lighting being on l longer but you may not even notice a difference...

I only run the MHs 9.5hrs.. So I wanted to have just them on for a photo period
