Items marked "in stock" on thier site aparently means it will be drop shipped from the manufacturer in 4-7 days. I never recieved any notifications of this until I opened up a partial shipment missing my Apex and chiller, I even paid for expidited shipping.

I had this same issue a few times with them, also lack of tracking and response to emails. I dont order from them anymore.

same here orderd a skimmer that was listed on the website in stock then got an email the next day saying it was backorderd. but they wer very helpfull when i called with questions before i orderd aside from not teling me the skimmer they recomended was out of stock. i went elswear but i may give them another try in the future
