The packing:
The best packaging of animals from any online vendor I've ever dealt with. Corals and inverts were double or triple bagged in ludicrously robust plastic bags w/ black plastic inserts to block out light. The critters were extremely well secured and two heat packs were included free of charge. An acclimation kit with instructions was also included.
The Livestock:
The corals included more polyps than indicated, and a bunch of awesome hitchhiking zoos and a morph Clauveria (sp?) I've never seen before. My lettuce algae was neatly wrapped in black mesh plastic to keep it from fragmenting all over the place (a nice touch). My lettuce slug was alert and healthy.
They also seem to be a bit more conscientious than some other retailers and appear to actually care about and support sustainable harvesting practices.
I would most certainly purchase from them again.
