Came home to 92F!!!

Luckily it was *ONLY* my return pump seized up and that was temp in the sump. DT was at 78. Doesn't look like O2 levels got too low. Good thing for the open top.

What kind of pump is/was it? I wonder if you should be concerned about a short?

It's a Quiet One 3000. Seized due to calcium buildup. I had been meaning to clean it. Lesson learned. Didn't feel any stray current.

Frank - when my return pump is off, the sump and DT become isolated from each other. The skimmer pump and seized return were the heat sources for the sump. Sump is only 10g.
