Don't really look bleached,hard to tell under actinics.
But it does look a little POed.What's your parameters,especially alk?

i dont have a alk tester i ran out the other day but my DKH is 10 if that helps

ok well then with that calculator i have 3.57 alk

They say normal range is 2.5-4.0. My alk is at 2.8 meq/l 8 dkh.

What types of fish do you have? I only ask this because my candy cane used to always be closed up like yours. I was constantly checking params, which were all fine. I tried moving it up, and down in the tank, changing flows, and nothing helped. I found my flame angel was picking at other soft corals in my tank. As soon as I got him out of the tank, my candy cane has been growing and opening up. Just a thought.
