Chiller line growing algae

My clear 3/4" line running from my return to chiller and back to tank is growing algae inside the line... Does anyone know where I can get black line, or if that will stop it? Or other tips? I was thinking that electric wire wrap stuff that you can stick wires in to organize them...

use black electrical tape.. works well..used it on a old seaclone that I had...

I have some you can have. 3/8"ID and 1/2"OD is what I have and PU in Boston/Cambridge. PM me if you are interested...

btw, I got mine from HD in the plumbing section.

HD has it in black. Algae won't grow without light so black is very effective for discouraging it.
