Clean up crew question (best for rock work)

I have a question. I have always "turkey basting" my corals and was wondering what people would recommend for additional clean up crew.

My problem is not the sand bed but all the cracks and crevices in the rock work. Sometimes I try to blow out all the rocks and it looks like a snow globe.

The current set up is not a closed loop. My tank is drilled and for a return pump I am running a mag 18 pointed towards the front of the tank and a Tunze pointed left to right. I am going to be adding 2 seas on the other side (opposite the tunze) to help with the additions of filter socks.

I am going to be adding more clean up crew members but my questions is what is the best detritus crew for rock work as I do not have a problem with the sand bed

i notice both my snails and hermits are all over the rocks..the hermits dig into the crevices mostly. not sure what their able to dig out, but their in there....
