Clown bully

So I had a pair of clowns but one of them died...I since then added a smaller clown...however the bigger one is being a bully...I've seen her nipping at the smaller one...I've seen her get his fin and spin him around... Very food aggressive.
Is there anything I can do to help keep the peace? I was thinking of trying to trade someone for a smaller clown.

Catch the big one and put it in timeout ( mayb esump or one of those breading containers) for a week then reintroduce the big one

Get one of these - you need an airpump and an airline - it recirculates the water from your tank into the box. It hangs on the side of your display. the lid will keep the female in there.
