Clownfish with Red Bump

Hello Everyone,

I'm new to this hobby and forum.

I have a pair of ocellaris clownfish the female (bigger one) has this red bump almost like a bruise on her head. I'm just wonder what it is. All other fish seem fine. She's eating but seem very protective of this spot on the live rock even chases the male clownfish away which is unusual.

I know a picture will be great but still figuring out what how to do that on here. Looking for advice or if anyone had this happend to their fish.

Without a picture it would only be a guess.
But,if the fish is eating well and shows no signs of distress it's probably just a scrap from running into something chasing the male.:w
