continuous feeding setup w/plankton reactor

The article starts on page 22. Very interesting!

I would love to test this out, but when I did some googling of the equipment they mention, I am now thinking I should try to see if I can replicate it with US companies and perhaps some DIY.

Does anyone out there do this today? If so, do you have any ideas of how I can incorporate something like this in my reef (perhaps pared down without a computer?)

Interesting idea... Use an old minifridge to keep the food cold, fill it up every few days and let it drip in. Not sure if you really need a plankton reactor or can get away with a upside down soda bottle? I wonder if you run into issues with greedy fish hanging around the output of the feeder in the tank gorging themselves?

An upside down soda bottle - now that's my kind of setup! I wonder if I could do something like a drip into my refugium & have it go up through my return pump (just zoo & phyto), or if it would get clogged??
