So i get home today, and all my coral are closed up,my tanks cloudy.
Im now freaking out and imediately start changinging water and adding lot more carbon thinking something got in my tank.
Checking salinity, and realize my temp down a degree.
Well my small backup heater is running so i know my apex kicked it on because the new coralvue titanium heater must be off.
I pull the heater out and plug it into another outlet and nothing happens.
So that explains low temp but what is killing my tank????
So i am still making and changing water!!!
I just took another look at the coralvue titanium heater and noticed a small burn hole in it.wth.
Its only been running for a few days.
If my tank doesnt recover i am going to raise hell with them
On the box it says
"non breakable"
And
"Safety auto shutoff"
Well let me send them some pics of my tank right now and show them how safe it is.
How the heck does a hole burn into a titanium heater.
So mad!!!

So far i lost all sps and lps, some leathers and some snails.
So frustrated.
Gotta go get more salt to keep doing water changes.
Just great before christmas to have a tank half crashed

I'm going to talk to a lawyer tomorrow to see if its worth trying to get them to pay for my corals I lost in the salt I had to buy.I'm sure it's a lost cause
