DT's Oyster Eggs

I bought the DT's Oyster eggs today from Tropical Isle. I am quite shock to find out that is is almost thawed out (99%) into a milky, very "liquidy" fluid, by the time I reached home, and I stayed like three miles away. And there is a fishy smell to it. Since this is the first time I bought this thing, I was wondering if it is normal for it to thaw out so fast, and if the odor is normal? Should I raise issue with the LFS. Or it is still OK to use it?

I'd say it's ok, it's supposed to smell fishy, and it never really freezes solid.
