i bought a eshopps skimmer used and broke the impeller. my bad. looked online for parts, couldnt find any but found a lot of people bashing eshopps products.. so i emailed them and asked them where i could get a new impeller or pump for my skimmer and the very next day i got a reply in my email telling me no problem they were there to help and what is my mailing address so they could send me a new pump for free and they were sorry that the impeller broke so easy. now that's customer service will always do business with them. thanks eshopps.
