Last fall I upgraded to a family membership..unfortunaelty I didn't change the payment amount for renewals before my account was debited and I got my card in the mail today. (your good very efficient) I am going to authorize another payment, can you please just update my membership status to family. I will adjust payment for future renewals...Thanks


edit I just made my payment..however I can't figure out how to change my subsciption for future automatic payments..Thanks
