Getting a 24g AquaPod 150W HQI

One thing led to another, and before you know it, I'm planning on getting a 24g AquaPod 150W HQI. Right now my lighting situation with a 5.5g AGA is a 17W PC. I have a colony of zoas and a ric (the latter seems like it could use plenty more like, as it is sort of scrunched up). Also there are these other corals that are doing pretty well... which after pulling an all-niter I can't recall their name.

Before the AquaPod comes I'd like to add some White Pom Pom Xenia (under 17W PC in a 5.5g).

Once the AquaPod arrives I'd like to add:
o A ton more rics
o Yellow Fiji Leather
o Clam
o SPS

Would that be appropriate, or would the 150W burn the yellow fiji? I really want to keep a clam, but I'd like to keep some rics at the bottom.

Also would a chiller be necessary?

The yellow leather (toadstool aka a sarcophyton?) occurs on reef flats with intense illumination. The 150 will not exceed it's upper limit for illumination. Sarcophyton are chemical warfare specialists and as such may out compete or kill your SPS. Do a little googleing to see what hard coral species coexist with the yellow leather (Sarcophyton elegans). If the room temperature stays stable and below 80 and chiller should not be neccesary. Using a cheap clip-on fan, I'm able to lower the temp of my Aquapod by about 5-6 degrees. I'm also able to keep rics at the bottom of my tank but they grow quite slowly.
