Looking for some input here. I looked up the pin out for the cable and made my own splitter for two (float) sensors. I’m running the change through a maxi Doser and the ato pump through a switched channel.
I can initiate the water change easy enough. The top sensor drops, the bottom sensor drops and shuts off the drain pump. What doesn’t happen is the fill pump doesn’t start. I’ve switched the sensors and get the same thing. I even tried all new float sensors and got no love. I had this working previously but not using both AWC/ato functions on the same level sensors, which is where I think the problem is.
It’s like the bottom sensor only knows to shut off the drain pump, but not start the fill. The pump works fine, I can use it manually, just not as part of this program.
has anyone ever experienced similar and can you suggest troubleshooting steps? TIA
