Help I Dont know what to do

I tried to make a background with that handi-foam pond foam it said it cures after 24hr.s well I put it in the tank and all of a sudden it started to ooz out some got in the water . then I took it out fast the water level went down and my glass heater fried. I was 1.5 weeks in to my cycle I have southdown rays live sand live rock and some crabs and snails .. I dont know what to do Help!!!!!!!!!!

Fill the water level back up and go buy a heater. I would put some carbon in just in case and continue to check your water parameters.

Some so called "Titanium" heater actually stainless steel, which is not suitable for reef tank. FYI, my "titanium" heater fried its controller but the fuse was still intact.
