help with blue spot jaw

ok so i got a nice BSJF the other night. ive made net so he cant jump and have been waiting a long time to get one. now i have one and he fond a hole to make home in the back of my tank. its only been 2 days. so is that his home now or will he move? and if it is how can i make him move?

The one I had did the same thing.but he ended up in the front adventually.I wouldnt try to make him move just let him get settled in.

if it were me i'd burry the hole(once he's out of course) and put a rock over it til he found another place...i'd probably wait a while since you just got him though

ya ill deff wait a bit dont want to shock him to much. hopefuly he moves by him self

He will move. I'd let him move on his own. But if he is new, they can be finicky and stress easily I've found. Forcing it to move may stress it more than necessary. It could slow its eating, which will weaken and potentially cause ich.
