Hermit Crab Shells

Where do you guys get new shells for your hermits.

I only have 1 Scarlet, and 3 Blue at this point, so I'm not that worried, but eventually they are gonna start going after my snails for shells.

I'm not really sure how big theyre gonna get either, so I dont know how big shells I need.

Living sea in Stoneham may have a bunch. Most LFS have many in the snail tanks as well, I am sure most would be happy to dig some out of their tanks. I have always seen empty shells in most LFS tanks.

I bought some on ebay a while back, because I was afraid some of mine would outgrow the shells and not have anything to go into. I ordered what I thought was going to be a small bag, but it turned out to be 2 bags with like 200 in them. You can have some if you'd like, I think I'm going to my first meeting this month!

I go down to the carribean to get my hermit crabs new shells - it makes for a good excuse for a vacation
