Hitchhiker Anemone Good or Bad? Please ID

Hi all, I have found this small anemone in my tank a few weeks ago. I got a new coral frag about a month and a half ago and that was the last addition in close to a year so I assumed it was a hitchhiker from the new coral. When I saw it I got scared an searched for all the "bad" anemones and couldn't find one that matched. I did find strawberry ball anemone online and I thought that's what I had. From what I read strawberry anemones are harmless and in fact sought after. So I was excited for my new find. Well over the past few weeks I now have 5 or 6 of these "harmless and rare" anemones. The picture is the biggest one maybe a little smaller than a dime. The tube in the sand next to it is a feather duster I have had for about 5 years. I'm not sure if its my imagination or not but the feather duster seems smaller. 1 can anybody identify the anemone, and 2 do you think it's stinging/harming my old man feather duster? Thanks
