In home maintenance??

Does anyone know if there are any in home maintenance services for reef tanks available in SE Mass?? I have been in losing battle with algae and phophates for months now. Tried everything-frequent water changes=RO/DI, Various reactors-GFO & Carbon, Phosphate Rx, Kent's phosphate media, Algae fix, new bulbs, scrubbing and Pulling algae, you name it I've done it. About to start over, time and money getting crazy. If I can save it great, if not I want to save my remaining coral and move forward. Just need someone to take a peek at my equipment, run some tests, and let me know what went wrong. If any upgrades are needed I am ready!! Love my reef tank but ready to throw in the towel. Any info would be greatly appreciated and thank you!
