Light hangers

Anyone have any tips or pictures for making a light fixture hanger? I purchased two of the 120W Dimmable LED lights and am looking for a way to hang them. Any help and suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

I cut some 1x3s, drilled/screwed them into the ceiling above the tank, and then used eye-hooks to hang mine from. My Apollo Reef Leds came with sweet hangers. I think I posted some pics in my build thread: http://www.bostonreefers.org/forums/showthread.php?119091-MrX-s-120G-Build

Do you want to hang them from the ceiling? Mounted on some type of posts? Some other way?

I made a canopy for my tank and hanged them from there, can post some pics if you want.

Thanks for the help guys. I have a canopy for the tank, but I do not think the lights are going to be high enough above the water for good coverage. I should have been more specific, I was looking for some tips for some type of mountng posts.

Just get some eye hooks from Home Depot.
I have a bit of chain/clasp before I attach to my light.
A picture would speak 1000 words.
