Lighting for a nanoreef

I just setup a small (ten gallon) reef. I was wondering what a good amount of light for this tank is. I currently have (2) 50/50 coralife screw in power compacts. (I had (2) 96 watt bulbs over my old 50 gallon tank).

The coralife bulbs are 10 watts but the say they each are the equivlent of a standard 50 watt bulb.

I was thinking of adding a third one, but just wanted to see what you guys think.

I have a number of small soft corals and some mushrooms.

You could put MH on there.

It really depends on what you want to keep... but the tank could probably benefit from more light than 30W of PCs... there's a 96W "quad" light that I believe fits over a 10g tank, you may want to check that out if you want to stay with PCs.
