WTB Live black worms

Hello,
I know that there is a shortage of live black worms. I have juvenile Copperband butterfly fish that I am having trouble finding. I already tried mysis, masstik, clam on a half shell .

I am wondering if someone either have some to sell or maybe point me to where I can buy them . I tried most local LFS.

I used to get them at Luckys Aquarium in Worcester. It's been a while since I got them but worth a shot to call if its not to far for you.

I thought tropical isle in Framingham use to carry live black worms. Have you checked there?

That is my LFS they have not been able to get them for a while

We expect to see availability of them back to the stores around the end of this month from what I have heard

Maybe someone has a white worms culture going and you can try that

I bought them from eastern aquatics. There minimum is a lot, and shipping costs as much as the worms. So if you can find someone to split em with they’ll be plenty. I also started mixing frozen blood worms after a week or so And slowly cut back on the black worms. Worked great.

How do you store them?

In the fridge. You need to strain them and replace the 1/2” of water every day. Also there little climbers so you need a plastic bucket with a vented lid.
