Live food at Plum Cove Beach in Gloucester

We were there on the 4th and the Gammarus (amphipods) were swarming. Best time to go is at low tide, look for them along the edges of the beach, by the seaweed. Need a fine net, most were slipping through my net. Seahorse love these guys, but they don't stay alive too long. You can store them in your frig to keep them alive for a week or so.
 
i see tons of them when we are out on the boat,especially if you shine a light into the water.
