Hello, I am posting this for Papafish who approached me at the last meeting. His membership is active from what I can see.
I guess in short he has forgotten his password, so he is unable to log in. In the mean time his email has changed at some point during his membership, but is unable to get into change his email address.
I believe he was at a meeting back in November and spoke to someone in regards to this.
Let me know who to forward his new email to (if we have the ability change his email for him), so that he may be able to then go and change his password and receive the encrypted notification to reset his password and receive the needed notification.
