Nope, there is a huge trade-show component as well as plenty of drinking.

If all goes well, we may have access to the pre-order price of 75 for the weekend (including the gala dinner). More soon as I hear it.

It is alot of fun. Yeah there's alot of lectures but thats optional. There's a large tradeshow/salesfloor component now (there didnt used to be and you can thank the BRS for bringing that up to par). There's a huge raffle. And most importantly alot of people to talk to, compare notes with, learn things from.

Went to one, helped run the one here in Boston . . . had a blast both times.

I heard back from the Pittsburgh club today. BRS members will be entitled to the pre-registration price of $75.00 for the event. They will be sending a custom link ASAP. Be patient
