Need an assist with an I.D.

This little guy has been on my rock for a long time but has never grown. Looks like a tiny bta. It has a blue ring in the middle and the center is yellow. Thoughts?

Manjo anemone. Unfortunately they are a pest. One or two can be cool, but they typically will spread and start stinging things like that acro in the pic.

If you can take the rock out of the tank, you may be able to carefully peel it's foot loose and remove it that way. Otherwise the good old kalk paste trick should work.

I remember how exciting it was watching our first hitch hikers grow up in our first tank. Unfortunately, anemone hitch hikers are never good news :-/ Almost always aiptasia or majanos, unless you're getting a rare bonus from a fellow reefer.
