I just purchased the trident and wondering what some of the tricks and tips are with setting up, maintaining, and programming of the trident. I have read a lot but wondering what they don’t tell you on the set up or maintaining it.

I will do that. I’ve read stories about the tubing to pull the reagent out and messing up. Is this true?

just don’t cut them and you will be fine

This is more from not being careful how you place the bottle in the tray and close it. I’ve been using mine for six months and love it. Reagents are out there, you just have to buy them when they become available (BRS and saltwater aquarium have been good for me).
