Opinions on 29g Oceanic biocube

Thinking about purchasing one of these.

Anyone here have experience with this system?

No experience with the Red Sea, but I have the JBJ 29g nano cube and I have been pretty happy with it. A lot less money too.

I have one and love it. There are a couple of mods you should probably do if you get one, i.e. take out the bioballs. A great resource for nanos is http://www.nano-reef.com. There are lots of threads on Biocube vs. X.

I had one for a year they are great tanks i updated the lighting from nano tuners and put a larger return pump in it. Some one on the site has it now but i cant remember who bought it. good luck

I have one. It's a great little tank. Definitely go to nano-reef to check out what people do to upgrade them. I have a sunpod MH on mine, and also the Oceanic skimmer(it's better than nothing). It also has the wall between chamber 1 and 2 moded for more flow. It had a Rio 6HF pump for more flow, but now has a MJ 1200(the RIO died and I can not find a replacement one).
