PC light dead?

I bought a new PC light wednesday.

Last night I noticed it wasnt lighting up very much. It is extremely dim and the last 2 inches of each bulb on the socket end are almost black. Does this mean its burnt up already or a faulty bulb?

Should I try to get my money back/replacement?

When brand is it? It seems that a faulty bulb.

If it is Coralife/Current USA/Jalli, replace the bulb.

If is a Jebo/Odyssea, return the whole darn thing.
