pearly jawfish

I saw some pearly jawfish at the LFS. The heads have pale yellow color. Some of the pictures I saw on the web have a really yellow heads. I'm wondering if the yellow color will become more intense as the fish mature or if they are from different regions and the color will not change. Thanks.

Any chance the other ones you saw were yellow headed jawfish and not pearly?
