Pendant Light for Nano Tank

The fixture will be capable of 29W but I will keep it running around the 11W mark.

I thought about this later and found the math to be a little Funny. 9V and 800mA cannot equal 29W. As it turns out the wattage is for the assembly of 3 led's not each individual LED. I also discovered that they are capable of being driven at 1A. I will get the 1A buck/drive circuit and at 9V I will be at total output of 9W. Which should still be more than enough for the 3 gallon tank. Looks like LEDs are about 4 times more efficient than conventional bulbs so my 9W should be more like 36 if it were a CF or MH.

Again any comments are appreciated.
