I have 2 Percula's about 8 months old, they used to hangout in the same BTA now the smaller one has moved and has been hanging around my torch coral. Is this signs they do not want to be Breeding clowns?

This situation isnt a sign of their not wanting to mate but that you probably have two males at the moment and they are fighting over the nem. the smaller one lost the standoff and is moving to the torch. eventually one of the two will change sex and become female and will mate after a long time how long have they shared the setup it can take upto a year and a half or so sometimes longer for them to become a pair. you just cant disturb the setup in anyway like major changes delay the time that it will take.

hmm they both share the BTA and only the smaller one goes in the torch but they have only been in this setup for a couple months. I have never tried to breed clowns so I am unsure and new to their behaviors. Thank you for your help though.
