I have been having issues with this Goni for a while and it really has never taken off and it seems to have lost it's color. I have kept it pretty low in the tank. I just moved it to this spot and really no changes but it hasn't been more than a week or two. I attached some pics and my water chem. Some advice would be great.

It looks healthy with all the polyps out. Since this type is non photosynthesis, target feed it with Reefroid or similar products when it’s polyps out will help. The color lost may due too lack of nutrition. Also it may be an indicator of low iodide in the water. Dosing seachem reef iodide may help.

I would dose Aminos and feed the lil bugger. I purchased a small golf ball goni about 2 mths ago and it was bleached out but LFS told me it was tricolored...ended up being mint green base with pink mouths and a yellowish fringe...really nice but it took time to nurse it back. take the time to feed and it will come back.

Please hike up mag. They like tank a Lil dirty. Blow sand up to feed. I never feed mine. Check your strontium levels

PE seems fine, I recommend spot feeding with flow off 5-10 minutes several times a week and don’t mess too much with water chemistry if they seem normal and within range to you and everything else look happy and healthy. Good luck!
