Looks like an unhappy bta. It’s should come back with good care. Or sometimes they don’t.hard to tell from the pic. Orange filter helps capture some of the color. Looks reddish.

Bad lighting on the picture for sure. I have not seen these kinda tips, it's more like buttons than bubbles, that's all......thanks folks.
