Plz help with stray voltage measurement

Can someone please help me understand how to set this meter to measure leak voltage in aquarium?

Please guide this dummy in detail.

200 vac setting. I think you put the black to your wall socket ground and red in the tank but don't quote me on that.

That's right Danny. Put the black lead in the ROUND hole of the outlet, touch the red to the water.

I don't know what is really considered acceptable. But I am pretty sure some stray voltage is always present.
