This pair has fallen in to a real rhythm laying. 9 days to hatch and then three days before they lay again. I’m ready this time with a separate tank and heater. Also started rotifer cultures about two weeks ago so if they don’t crash I’ll have food ready to go. Wish me luck .

This clutch hatched 13 days ago. Most are through metamorphosis and starting to show color and one or two stripes. I’m still feeding rotifers and baby brine shrimp but they seem to be figuring out TDO and pulverized flakes sifted through a brine shrimp screen. Now I know what a parent goes through.

Looking great! Must be fascinating seeing those little buggers grow.
