q's on more stuff growing in my tank!!

hello again!, i just posted a question about asterina star fish, but now i have those in my tank plus these(seepic) are they just asterina with longer legs??
(the star in the pic are not them but they have the same legs and a tan body) some are small and some i have found a large as a quarter. what are they? will they get bigger? just in case they are bad what eats them!?

if you don't like them in your tank you could get a harlequin shrimp. all they eat are startfish so if the asterinas start to overrun the tank you could get one or two.
