Question about hippo tang.

My hippo tang when swimming will constantly run into things as well as she will constantly go to the surface as if she's gasping for air She will also WHEN CALM usually stay to the back right corner of the tank There's plenty of room It's a 125 gallon tank with rock two open brain corals and a coral beauty angelfish. Any ideas ?
