quick help on pic program

I just had to have my computer re-imaged at school and lost all of my programs (hard drive crashed), I am trying to remember the site that had a photo tool to do a little bit of editing, I think it was infa something or intraview? anyone remember this of have another one similar thanks guys.

well, I know your actual question was already answered but I thought I would throw this out there for everyone. I found a pretty decent image editor for free called "GIMP" it works well, opens and edits pictures with a fair amount of features and aside from a few little excentricities that you have to get used to is pretty easy.
