Red Sea tanks

Hey guys, happy holidays and I hope everyone is doing well!

I’m looking to get back in with a modest size tank, nothing like the operation I had before (I think) and I like the ease and what looks to be a well thought out line of Red Sea tanks.

Looking at the 170 or 250 reefer as this will be on a second floor landing in the house.

Anyone with experience? How are the supplies lights etc?

Would like to know what you think or if there is other similar type setups that are better/comparable.
